Requirements:
Must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Must serve families, children or neighborhoods in the West Palm Beach area.
Funds must be used for the granted purpose.
Provide periodic progress reports.
Provide final report with accounting of the use of funds.
If funds are not used for the granted purpose, then said funds must be returned to West Palm 100.
Grant Types:
Donation: If selected to receive a donation, West Palm 100 will make a monetary donation (up to $5000) to your organization to assist with the specific project or program outlined in your application.
Service Event: If selected for a service event, West Palm 100 will provide volunteers to serve during an event outlined in your application.
Happy Hour for a Cause: If selected for a happy hour, West Palm 100 will organize and sponsor a happy hour fundraiser at a local venue. You’ll receive net proceeds from the event to support the specific project outlined in your application, as well as gain additional exposure for your organization.
Grant Selection Process:
Applications should be submitted by October 31.
The grant committee will review applications starting November 1.
Grant recipients will be notified by the end of the year.
